"Teresa's, which has a sister restaurant in the East Village, has been a quiet Brooklyn Heights standby for 16 years, drawing families for Sunday brunch and gaining popularity as one of the few Heights restaurants to offer breakfast. Teresa Brzozowska, the restaurant's namesake, who runs both locations with her brother, Bogdon, says breakfast and lunch have always been popular. "I don't know why," she said with a laugh.
